Fruit Slicer is a quick swipe game. Watermelons, oranges, apples, limes and plums are tossed up from the bottom of the screen; drag across them to slice them in half. Let three fruits fall unsliced and the game is over, and slicing a bomb ends it on the spot. The waves get bigger, faster, and more bomb-heavy the longer you last.
With a mouse, hold the button down and swipe across the fruit. On a touch screen, swipe your finger across it. The blade only cuts while the button or finger is down.
Swipe-to-slice games took off with the rise of touch screens around 2010, turning the finger into a blade. The mix of fast reflexes and the risk of a bomb in every wave makes each swipe a small decision.
