Slime Volley is one-on-one volleyball with two half-circle slimes and a very bouncy ball. Slide under the ball, bump it back over the net, and try to make it land on your opponent's floor. It's quick to learn and surprisingly deep once you start aiming shots. Play a friend on one keyboard or take on the CPU.
Player 1 moves with A and D and jumps with W. Player 2 moves with the left and right arrows and jumps with up. Playing alone, use either set; Space also jumps. On a touch screen, your slime slides toward your finger on your half, and each new touch makes it jump.
Slime Volleyball began as a small Java applet in 2001 and spread through school computer labs thanks to its simple two-player-on-one-keyboard setup. Its round slimes turn a sport into a clean physics toy where every hit angle matters.
